个人简介

 

 

杨春雪,博士,讲师,开云官方注册-开云(中国)地理与旅游学院教师,2015年获哈尔滨工业大学环境工程专业博士学位,博士期间主要研究固体废弃物资源化方向,在读期间参加国家科技支撑项目课题(2010BAC67B02)、国家863计划重点项目课题(2009AA064702)、龙江环保项目、中科院135计划项目,发表学术论文18篇,其中第一作者4篇。2017年6月入职开云官方注册-开云(中国)。

研究与工作经历

 

2007-092010-07 东北林业大学 林木遗传育种教育部国家重点实验室

ü 采用RACE技术在西伯利亚蓼消减文库(SSH)中克隆多聚半乳糖醛酸酶抑制蛋白基因(PsPGIP)完整序列,及该基因在盐胁迫下的表达分析。

ü 构建PsPGIP基因的植物表达载体,并对烟草的遗传转化及抗性进行分析。

ü 自驯化污泥中分离鉴定嗜热水解菌,优化生长条件,同时考察嗜热菌对不同细胞生长阶段溶解性能。

ü 构建剩余污泥微生物水解的检测体系,及功能基因表达、定量分析。

ü 开发物化辅助嗜热菌促进剩余污泥厌氧产酸的工艺方法,并考察污泥水解酸化过程中嗜热水解菌对的反应体系中功能微生物群落结构的影响。
